This Terms & Conditions Resource Document, lists and defines all aspects as of by and between Arbornex Media, hereinafter referred to as "the COMPANY" and , all clients involved in projects, consultations, media assets, and/or contracted media assets, hereinafter referred to as "The CLIENT" relating to any media work, hereinafter referred to as “the PROJECT(S).
